Project Title: E-commerce Growth Expert & AI Consultant for Scaling D2C Brand (PunnkFunnk)
Project Description:
We are a growing online brand, PunnkFunnk (www.punnkfunnk.com), specializing in smartwatches and internet products. We currently have a strong presence on Amazon and Flipkart, but we are looking to scale our business to the next level.
We need a Freelancer or Consultant to guide our team on:
Multi-Channel Expansion: Strategies to successfully scale our own website and explore new platforms (Social Commerce, Google Shopping, etc.).
AI Integration: Implementing AI tools for automated customer support, personalized product recommendations, AI-driven marketing content, and inventory forecasting.
Training & Mentorship: Teaching our internal team (including our E-commerce Executive) how to use these advanced tools and workflows independently.
Growth Hacking: Identifying high-ROI marketing channels beyond traditional marketplaces.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in E-commerce Growth & Strategy.
Hands-on experience with AI tools for business (e.g., ChatGPT for SEO, Midjourney/Canva AI for creatives, AI Chatbots).
Knowledge of the Indian e-commerce landscape (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
Excellent teaching and communication skills.
