WhatsApp Customer Support AI Chatbot
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need an AI-powered chatbot that operates inside WhatsApp and acts as my front-line customer support. Its core duties are clear: answer everyday questions, handle appointment bookings, and guide customers through orders and payments without human intervention.
The build must use the official WhatsApp Business API (or a compliant provider such as Twilio or Gupshup) so the bot can go live on my verified number. Natural-language understanding should be good enough to recognise free-form messages and route them to the right flow, while still allowing a human hand-off when the topic falls outside its scope.
Deliverables
• Fully deployed WhatsApp chatbot connected to my number
• NLP logic covering FAQs, booking dates/times, and secure order & payment steps
• A simple web dashboard or Google Sheet where I can update answers and view conversation logs
• Brief hand-over documentation and a recorded demo showing the bot in action
Acceptance criteria: the bot must answer at least 90 % of the provided FAQ test set correctly, complete bookings with date/time confirmation, and process a sample order all inside WhatsApp.
