Website Chatbot Development

I want a conversational chatbot embedded directly on my website so visitors can type questions and receive instant, accurate replies. All the interaction happens on-site—no redirects to social media or external apps—so the solution has to be lightweight, responsive, and easy for me to maintain.

I will supply a small set of typical visitor questions to start with, but I’d like the underlying framework (Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, ChatGPT API, or another you recommend) to be flexible enough for future expansion. Please build, train, and deploy the bot on a staging copy of my site, then walk me through how to update its knowledge base on my own.

Deliverables
• Fully functioning chatbot widget integrated into my website’s front end
• Admin access or clear instructions for editing responses and analytics
• Brief hand-over session (video or written) explaining maintenance and future updates

Acceptance criteria: during live testing the bot should answer at least 90 % of sample questions we review together and provide a graceful fallback when it cannot help.
