Virtual Voice Assistant for Tech Support
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Objective:
To create a 24/7 AI-powered voice assistant that:
Handles missed calls automatically.
Detects client identity.
Understands support intent (bugs, requests, server issues, general inquiries).
Gathers key info through a natural conversation.
Logs the issue as a DevOps ticket, sends an SMS alert, and dispatches a summary email to the client with you CCed.
Core Features
1. Smart Call Rerouting
When your number isn’t answered, calls are rerouted to the voice assistant.
The assistant responds with a branded tone:
"Hi, you’ve reached Hyperion Tech’s after-hours support. This is your virtual assistant. How can I help you today?"
2. Natural Language Understanding (NLU)
Recognises and understands:
“I’m Dave from Zavtech…” → Looks up the client list.
“My website isn’t working.” → Categorised as a bug.
“I need a new web page for an event.” → Categorised as a feature request.
“My site is down.” → Categorised as a server issue.
3. Smart Questioning
Depending on the issue, the assistant will ask follow-up questions:
Bug: “What’s the URL and what exactly isn’t working?”
Feature Request: “Could you describe what the page should include?”
Server Issues: “Did you receive any error code or message?”
All responses are transcribed and logged.
4. Ticket Creation in DevOps
Automatically creates a ticket with:
Client name (auto-identified)
Issue category
Conversation summary
Urgency level
5. Real-Time SMS Alert
Sends a message to your mobile like:
[03:05 AM] Call from Mark (Degtech) — website down. Ticket #234 created.
6. Email to Client (and CC to You)
Sends a summary email such as:
Subject: Hyperion Tech - Support Summary for Your Recent Call
To: client email
CC: company email
