I need a single, cloud-based platform that pulls together every moving part of my business: traditional e-commerce, quick-commerce fulfilment, my public-facing website, and all connected social media accounts. The goal is true “all-in-one” control, with AI driving the repetitive work for me.

Core scope
• E-commerce operations: AI should handle inventory forecasting, dynamic pricing, automated order routing, and customer support chatbots.
• Quick-commerce modules: real-time stock visibility, courier API hooks, and sub-15-minute order workflows.
• Social media automation: post generation, scheduling, comment monitoring, and performance analytics from the same dashboard.
• Site & account management: add or remove storefronts, sales channels, and social profiles without touching code.

Tech expectations
Modern, scalable stack (e.g., Node/React, Python ML services, or comparable). I’m open to architecture suggestions as long as the result is fast, secure, and ready for future feature expansion.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional web platform deployed to my cloud account
2. Source code + documented API endpoints
3. Admin guide and user onboarding material
4. Live hand-off session ensuring everything runs end to end

Acceptance criteria
• A test SKU can be listed, sold, paid for, and dispatched automatically.
• AI chatbot answers common queries with <3-second latency.
• A social post is generated and published from inside the same UI.
