AI Transcription & Formatting

I’m looking to delegate the transcription of text-based material and have it shaped into a clean, well-structured document. I normally feed the source into ChatGPT to speed up the conversion and first-pass cleanup, and then I review everything manually for accuracy and tone.

Once the content is polished, I’d like it delivered in Google Docs—this is the editor I work in every day—followed by an export to PDF for the final hand-off. If you prefer to work locally, that’s fine; just be sure the finished files arrive in both formats.

Before we begin, I’ll share the original files and confirm a timeline. Feel free to let me know if you also want to organise anything in a spreadsheet; I’m open to adding a Google Sheet for ancillary data if it helps keep things tidy.
