Towing Service Automation

I'm looking to automate my towing service business with several integrated technologies.

Key Requirements:
1. AI Calling Agent
- Multi-language support: English, Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Punjabi
- Handle customer calls

2. WhatsApp Business API
- Configure a WhatsApp chatbot for handling general inquiries
- Already purchased and approved

3. Google Maps API
- Set up a subscription and integrate it into our system

4. Automation Platform (n8n or equivalent)
- Configure workflows to integrate:
- AI Calling Agent
- WhatsApp Business API
- Google Maps API
- Vendor database (Google Sheets)
- Rate card (Google Sheets)

5. Case Management
- AI to log all cases (both converted and not converted)
- Automatically update data into Google Sheets

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with AI calling technologies
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API and chatbots
- Proficient in Google Maps API integration
- Knowledge of automation platforms like n8n
- Strong background in Google Sheets and data management
