AGENIX is an AI Automation Agency helping businesses automate their operations using AI Chatbots, WhatsApp Automation, AI Voice Agents, AI CRM Systems, Lead Generation, AI Meeting Scheduling, and AI Avatar Solutions.

We are expanding across India and are looking for ambitious Team Leaders to help us build our sales network.

## Role

As a Team Leader, your primary responsibility is to recruit and manage a team of 10 Sales Partners.

You will:

* Recruit 10 motivated Sales Partners.
* Train and support your team.
* Help your team understand our services.
* Guide your team toward acquiring clients.
* Track your team's performance.

You are welcome to bring clients yourself, but your main responsibility is building and managing your sales team.

## Commission Structure

* Sales Partner: 30% of the net profit from every successful project they bring.
* Team Leader: 10% of the net profit from every successful project closed by any Sales Partner in their team.

There is no earning limit.
