Tally-Synced AI Chatbot
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need an AI-powered chatbot that lives inside our mobile app and talks directly to our Tally data. Every hour the service must pull the latest ledgers, vouchers, stock figures, and any other relevant tables, so the conversation is always based on fresh numbers.
Natural language processing is essential—the user should be able to type or dictate plain-English questions like “Show me yesterday’s cash sales” or “How does this quarter compare to last year?” and receive concise, conversational answers plus auto-generated summary reports (charts or tables) right inside the chat window. Voice recognition and other bells and whistles can come later; right now NLP accuracy and reliable hourly sync matter most.
From a technical angle, I’m open on the stack: Python or Node.js for the middleware, TallyPrime XML/ODBC connectors or the newer REST APIs, and whatever cloud service you prefer for the language model (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, etc.). Just keep the mobile front end lean—our app is React Native, but if you can expose everything over secure HTTPS a simple SDK bridge will work.
Acceptance criteria
• Hourly automated data sync from Tally to the chatbot’s data store
• Natural-language Q&A returning live figures within 2–3 seconds
• AI-generated PDF/Excel summary reports downloadable from the chat
• Role-based authentication and encrypted data in transit & at rest
• Source code, deployment scripts, and a short hand-over session
