AI Social Media Automation Setup
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
I am looking for a freelancer to implement and connect existing AI software and subscription-based platforms rather than build custom AI from scratch.
The goal is to automate marketing, content creation, lead generation, customer enquiries, and booking management for a hospitality/nightclub business.
Key requirements:
• Event flyer creation – use AI design tools such as Canva AI or similar to generate event flyers from templates and event details.
• Auto posting – automatically schedule and publish content across Facebook and Instagram.
• Meta advertising – create, manage, optimise, and report on Meta ad campaigns for events, birthday bookings, VIP booths, and venue hire.
• DM automation – automatically respond to Instagram and Facebook Messenger enquiries using AI chat tools and workflows.
• WhatsApp automation – automatically reply to enquiries, collect booking information, and escalate qualified leads when required.
• Lead generation – identify and nurture birthday bookings, corporate functions, private events, and VIP table enquiries.
• CRM integration – connect all enquiries into a central CRM so leads can be tracked and followed up automatically.
• Analytics and reporting – provide simple weekly reports showing leads, bookings, ad performance, engagement, and sales activity.
Preferred software stack:
• GoHighLevel (CRM and automation)
• ManyChat (Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp automation)
• Canva Pro AI (flyers and content creation)
• Meta Business Suite (posting and advertising)
• Make.com or Zapier (workflow automation)
• ChatGPT/OpenAI (content generation and AI responses)
The successful freelancer should have experience implementing these platforms, connecting APIs, building automation workflows, and setting up AI-powered marketing systems.
