We’re building a dead-simple, SPCloser-looking AI sales practice tool for reps + a lightweight manager view so I (and future sales managers) can see every rep’s practice history, scores and trend charts.
Exact scope – 8 pages total (everything listed below):

Login + invite-based signup
Rep Dashboard – big “Start Practice” + last 5 sessions + mini trend chart
Scenario selector
Practice chat (blue header, gray AI bubbles left, blue rep bubbles right)
Results screen – big score + color-coded C3 categories + collapsible feedback
Personal History page – full Recharts line chart + session table
Manager Dashboard – list of all reps → click any rep → see their exact same History/Trend page
Tiny Admin panel – add/edit scenarios + view all users/sessions

Non-negotiable tech stack (this is how we hit $1,800):
