• A streamlined funnel that captures leads, offers a free trial or demo, and tracks every interaction until purchase.
• A CRM layer where I can see lead source, conversation history, deal stage, and basic analytics in one place.

You’re free to choose the stack—ChatGPT, Dialogflow, ManyChat, custom node, Zapier, HubSpot API, or another combo—so long as it delivers a seamless hand-off from chat to funnel to CRM. My priority is clarity for the user and simplicity for my team.

Acceptance criteria
• Live chatbot embedded on my site (and easy to extend to socials or messaging apps later).
• Automated funnel steps with email/SMS follow-ups and payment or signup hand-off.
• CRM dashboard showing lead score, status, and revenue attribution.
• Clear documentation and a quick video walkthrough so my team can manage it.
