AI Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Web App
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
I'm looking for a talented developer to create a conversational AI-wrapper web app (mobile responsive) that streamlines the real estate documentation workflow.
I have Figma mobile app designs to give you some ideas of the UI I'd like to have built.
Simple Product Understanding:
Context: In the US, all real estate contracts are templates created by state and local governments. Residential agents must fill out these templates with information from the client and various online resources.
Product: As a real estate agent user, I am able to chat with the platform just like ChatGPT and request the documents that I want.The platform understands my commands, compiles the relevant documents from our databases or publicly available resources, and fills them out with the correct information from my user input and the publicly available information from tax records or MLS. As a real estate agent user I’m able to review the document for correction and then send it to DocuSign.
Key Features:
- Conversational AI: The core of the app should revolve around a robust conversational AI chatbot that can understand natural language inputs. This should engage back and forth with the user.
- Workflow Automation: The AI should handle document creation, approval, and tracking.
- Multi-Platform Integration: The AI-wrapper should seamlessly integrate with various platforms such as CRM systems, Email services, Cloud storage services, and DocuSign.
- AI back end: You can use any AI stack you prefer
- Text input box for the user to communicate with the LLM for document creation requests
- Clean UI Following the design style I’ll provide you
- Provide user with PDF of completed contract for review
- Store the documents it has generated under folders for each client
- Vector Data Base: Up to you how to build the back end
- RAG: If there is a RAG system you can deploy to make this easier, thats worth more to us.
Ideal Skills:
- Full-stack development, including the AI chat component. We need the UX/UI, back end and AI components all priced in your quotes.
Deep understanding of AI and machine learning to the extent of plugging a UI into an existing LLM
- Experience building with AI APIs
- Experience building automation SaaS tools
- Extensive experience in web app development
- Familiarity with integrating apps with various platforms.
- Ability to turn out an MVP in the next 30 days
Long Term Engagement: We would be open to bringing a team on for long term tech support and continued feature iteration.
Delivery: While our budget is for the full project, we would like to see an MVP produced as soon as possible so we can run it on a test group of 200 users to make improvements as needed. We would also like to approve the UX/UI as the project progresses so we both do not have to go back and forth on the iterations.
This project is an exciting opportunity for a skilled developer to create a sophisticated and highly useful tool for the real estate industry. The ideal candidate would have a strong understanding current AI Models and an understanding of web and app development on top of these models.
