Answer FAQs using a knowledge base.
Recommend skincare products based on customer concerns (e.g., oily skin, acne, pigmentation, dry skin).
Capture leads (Name, Phone, Email).
Transfer conversations to a human agent when required.
2. AI WhatsApp Bot
Integrate WhatsApp Business API.
Handle customer support queries.
Recommend products.
Answer FAQs.
Share order-related information.
Human handoff support.
3. AI Calling Integration
Integrate with Tabbly.io.
Trigger AI calls for:
Existing customer campaigns
Product launch announcements
Promotional offers
Consultation callbacks
4. Shopify Automations
Abandoned cart reminders (preferably WhatsApp/Email).
Welcome message automation.
Review request automation.
Reorder reminder automation.
Promotional campaign automation.
5. AI Knowledge Base
Single knowledge base used across Website Chatbot, WhatsApp Bot, and AI Calling Agent.
Easy to update product information and FAQs.
6. Workflow Automation
Build workflows using n8n (preferred).
Connect Shopify, OpenAI, WhatsApp, Email, and Tabbly.
Log conversations and handle API errors.
