I need an intelligent, conversational AI chatbot that connects directly to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, with every integration point orchestrated through n8n workflows. The goal is a self-service bot that can read and write CRM data in real time—creating or updating contacts, logging conversations, and triggering follow-up automations—while remaining easy for our in-house team to extend later.
Your role covers:
• Designing the dialogue and intent logic, choosing suitable large-language-model tooling.
• Building modular n8n workflows that handle authentication, data retrieval, updates, and error handling.
• Deploying the bot as a web widget (first channel), then preparing the framework for future channel expansion.
• Documenting the setup with clear comments in each workflow plus a concise hand-over guide or video.
Acceptance criteria
1. The chatbot reliably performs read/write operations on CRM records under test scenarios.
2. All workflows run on our self-hosted n8n instance without external dependencies beyond stated APIs.
3. Handover materials enable a developer unfamiliar with the project to add a new intent within 30 minutes.
