1. Project Objective To develop a centralized internal knowledge platform (“LegacyLog”) that enables authorized users to:
● Capture organizational experiences and discussions
● Upload and preserve business knowledge
● Convert audio into searchable text
● Store and manage structured knowledge assets
● Interact with stored knowledge through an AI chatbot interface
● Enable controlled access using user roles and permissions
