Multi-Platform AI Social Media Chatbot with custom knowledge base

I need a lightweight AI chatbot that can connect to my social media accounts (Facebook Pages, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.) and automatically respond to:

Direct messages (DMs)

Comments on posts


The chatbot should run either:

1. On a free cloud service (like Google Cloud free tier, Vercel, Render, or Heroku free plan), or


2. On my own PC/laptop (with a simple script), while still allowing me to control it via my mobile browser or app.



Core Features:

Custom Knowledge Base:

Bot must reply based on information I provide (PDFs, DOCX, links, videos, plain text).

Must have an easy way for me to upload/update knowledge without coding.


Cross-Platform Social Integration:

Connects with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) via official APIs or automation.

Replies automatically to DMs and post comments.


Plug-and-Play Setup:

Minimal installation required.

Easy to start/stop the bot from mobile.

No need for heavy server setup or paid SaaS subscriptions.


Memory & Logging:

Save chat history (who asked, what bot replied).

Simple dashboard (or even Google Sheet log) to track conversations.


Open-Source/Free Tech Preferred:

Use open-source chatbot frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Botpress, LangChain, or custom Python/Node.js).

Free-tier hosting solutions.

Avoid dependencies on APIs.



Deliverables:

Fully working chatbot script or app.

Deployment on free cloud server OR easy run on my PC.

Mobile-accessible dashboard for controlling and monitoring.

Full source code, with my branding (white-label).

Documentation for setup, usage, and updating the knowledge base.
