Multi-Language WhatsApp AI Chatbot

I want an AI-driven WhatsApp chatbot that plugs straight into my AiSensy account and focuses first on smooth appointment scheduling. The bot should be able to offer available slots, confirm a time, and push the booking details back to my calendar (Google Calendar is what I use today).

Beyond bookings, I also need it to double as a lightweight support agent:
• Instantly reply to routine questions with well-crafted, pre-trained answers
• Hand off anything complicated to a live agent inside the same AiSensy flow
• Fetch and share real-time order status or tracking numbers on request


Multiple-language handling is essential from day one. English and Hindi are my immediate priorities, but the architecture must make it easy to plug in more languages later without rewriting core logic.

AiSensy’s official WhatsApp API will be the gateway, so please set up all necessary webhooks, templates, and opt-in flows directly in my existing account. Keep everything serverless (Firebase or AWS Lambda is fine) or use a lightweight Node/Express back-end—whichever integrates fastest with AiSensy and remains cost-effective.

2. AiSensy dashboard configuration exported or documented step by step
3. Working calendar integration for appointments
4. Language files or translation sheets that I can extend
5. One-hour walk-through call plus basic hand-over notes

Acceptance is simple: I send a test message in English or Hindi; the bot proposes slots, confirms a booking, answers a FAQ, and escalates a complex query to my live agent—without breaking conversation flow.
