AI Medical Records App Development

I need a simple web application developed rapidly. Please note, the AI backend has already been built. The app will include:

- Two-Factor Authentication for user access
- User-uploaded medical records in images, PDFs, or text formats
- AI-powered interaction for medical queries via chatbot and voice

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in web application development
- Experience implementing secure user authentication systems, especially two-factor authentication
- Familiarity with file upload functionalities and handling various formats
