I need a conversational assistant embedded directly on my website that focuses on converting visitors into qualified leads. The bot should greet users, guide them through key product or service questions, and capture contact details in a way that feels natural and helpful rather than pushy.

Core interaction styles I expect are:
• Rich text replies for explanations or follow-ups
• Clickable button choices for quick navigation through offers and objections
• Lightweight in-chat forms to collect name, email, phone, and any custom fields we define

A polished, mobile-friendly widget is essential, and hand-off to live chat or email notification once a lead is captured would be ideal. You’re free to pick the underlying tech stack—Dialogflow, BotPress, Microsoft Bot Framework, or another reliable solution—as long as it installs cleanly on my site and is easy for me to update copy later.

Please include:

Testing will be considered complete when the bot can answer FAQs, guide a visitor to at least one clear call-to-action, and store lead data in my chosen format (CSV export or direct CRM webhook).
