I’m building an AI-driven communication layer that sits inside our existing stack and removes the daily friction of keeping everyone in sync. The assistant must handle three concrete collaboration tasks from day one:

I’m open to whichever mix of NLP models, scheduling APIs, workflow engines, or notification channels you prefer, as long as the result feels seamless for my team and requires minimal manual upkeep.
