Build a live, ultra-lifelike AI advisor avatar that can interact with users in real time.
This is a proof of concept only, designed to validate realism, speech quality, and interaction.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS (READ CAREFULLY)
1. Interaction (MANDATORY)
• User can type questions
• Avatar must speak responses aloud
• Text response must also appear on screen
• Interaction must feel real-time or near real-time
If the avatar cannot speak naturally and respond fluidly, this is an automatic fail.

• Avatar must answer domain-specific advisory questions
(e.g. property, investment, or lifestyle-related questions)
• Answers can initially be:
• Prompt-driven
• Scripted + LLM
• Rule-based with AI fallback
Deep training and fine-tuning will be handled later.

3. Avatar Quality (CRITICAL)
• Must feel human, premium, and lifelike
• Suitable for high-trust, high-value advisory use
• NOT acceptable:
• Heygen
• D-ID
• Synthesia
• Generic talking-head SaaS tools
• Cartoonish or obviously synthetic avatars
Commercial avatar tools have already been tested and are not realistic enough.
If your solution relies on an off-the-shelf avatar SaaS, do not apply.

• Must run in a web browser
• No local desktop or Unreal Engine installs required for the demo
• We must be able to test it via a shared link
