Job Opportunity: Interview Coordinator (Remote)
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are looking for a strong communicator with basic development knowledge to handle interviews and meetings for our team. This is a remote role focused on coordinating interviews and representing our team, with AI support provided during the interview process. Once a job is secured, our developers will handle all the technical tasks.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct Interviews: Attend 3–5 introduction interviews and 1–2 technical interviews per day (depending on availability).
AI-Assisted Support: Use remote desktop and AI tools during interviews for real-time support (behavioral answers, technical questions, live coding).
Be the Face of the Team: Represent our team in interviews, communicating answers clearly and confidently.
Manage Meetings: Participate in daily stand-ups, client meetings, and ongoing project discussions. However, you won’t be doing the coding – you'll be coordinating the meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle 3–5 introductory interviews and 1–2 technical interviews daily.
Use AI tools during interviews to assist with real-time responses.
After securing a job, your role will focus on managing meetings (stand-ups, client calls, and team discussions).
No task handling: Developers will handle all coding and project tasks; your role is only to manage the coordination.
Ensure smooth communication and keep the project flow organized.
What This Role Does NOT Include:
You won’t be doing the coding or handling technical tasks yourself – we have a dedicated development team for that.
You won’t manage other developers – your focus is entirely on handling interviews and meetings.
You won’t be required to share personal data during the interview process – all technical support is provided by our team.
Working Hours:
100% remote.
Must be available during US time zones (EST, CST, PST) for meetings and interviews.
You will follow client schedules for meetings, including daily stand-ups (usually in the morning US time).
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $1,000 per month (fixed, paid regardless of jobs).
Performance-based payment: You will receive 20% of the total salary from the positions you help secure. This is paid once the candidate starts working.
For example, if a position pays $10,000/month after tax, you will receive $2,000 for each job you help secure.
You can handle multiple positions, and your earnings will increase with the number of successful job placements.
Scalability & Flexibility:
There’s no limit on the number of simultaneous jobs you can manage – take on as many as you can handle flexibly.
Flexible schedule: You choose how many jobs you take based on your availability.
