* Programming the bot to manage customer inquiries robustly and with a human-like touch
* Ensuring a friendly and engaging user experience that encourages users to schedule meetings
* Importing our existing chat logs to customize the bot’s responses, for a realistic interaction
Skill requirements:
* Strong expertise in ManyChat
* Familiarity with Instagram API and bot building
* Experience with AI behavior modelling
The chatbot should have more than 7 different interactive sequences, so applicants should be adept at complex bot scripting. In essence, we aim to help our clients feel they're talking to a real person, making their experience seamless and enjoyable.
