Generative AI Chatbot & Dashboard App

I’m building an end-to-end application whose core job is to generate text-based chatbot responses. Every exchange should enrich a unified Customer-360 profile, and the data needs to surface immediately inside an interactive dashboard where I can filter, drill down, and export insights. I also want a lightweight survey module that lets me push questions through the same chat flow and track completion rates alongside conversation metrics.
Behind the scenes, the solution will call an LLM (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or another modern generative model) to create the responses. Those outputs, along with user inputs, must be stored in a relational database and indexed in a vector store so I can run semantic searches and build richer profiles over time. A secure API layer should expose this data to the frontend, and user authentication / role management is required.
Deliverables
• Chat interface that produces real-time, AI-generated text responses
• Customer-360 schema, data pipeline, and documented APIs
• Admin dashboard with live KPIs, filters, and export options
• Survey builder embedded in the chat experience, with results reporting
• Clean, well-commented source code plus deployment scripts (Docker or similar)
I’ll consider the project complete when the chatbot reliably answers prompts, new customer records populate automatically, dashboards update without manual refresh, and surveys can be created, launched, and analyzed through the single interface.
