I need a freelancer who can find buyer quickly identify and engage serious prospects, present the technical and commercial value of the product, and guide negotiations through to a signed purchase agreement. I’m open to individuals, small businesses, or large corporations; the priority is finding a qualified buyer able to close a fair deal for both parties.
Your responsibilities
• Research and shortlist potential acquirers that operate—or want to enter—the AI assistant or productivity-tool space.
• Craft compelling outreach material, leveraging the app’s existing demo, metrics, and roadmap.
• Coordinate demos, respond to technical due-diligence queries, and keep me briefed on buyer feedback.
• Facilitate final negotiations until funds are secured and ownership is formally transferred.
Acceptance criteria
• At least three vetted prospects presented within the first two weeks.
• A single, legally binding sale agreement executed with the chosen buyer—including payment clearance and complete transfer of code, assets, and IP.
