This project focuses on building an AI-driven e-pharmacy and digital health platform designed to improve access to safe, reliable, and affordable healthcare across India, especially in Tier-2 and Tier-3 regions. The platform integrates online medicine ordering, AI-assisted prescription verification, teleconsultation with licensed doctors, and subscription-based chronic care management into a single ecosystem. Unlike conventional discount-centric e-pharmacies, the solution follows a trust-first hybrid care model, where AI technologies such as prescription OCR, fraud detection, drug-interaction checks, and refill reminders enhance patient safety, compliance, and continuity of care.

The system operates on an asset-light, no-warehouse dropship model, partnering with verified pharmacies and national courier networks to ensure pan-India delivery with minimal operational overhead. High-demand OTC and chronic medicines form the initial catalogue, gradually expanding to specialized care and teleconsult-driven prescriptions. Revenue is generated through medicine margins, teleconsultation fees, AI-based safety services, and chronic care subscriptions, creating a sustainable and scalable business model. Overall, the project aims to establish a defensible digital healthcare platform that combines technology, clinical governance, and operational efficiency to deliver long-term value to both patients and healthcare providers.
