I’m preparing my minor research project for an MBA in Hospitality & Tourism Management and need concise, well-referenced support turning my idea into a submission-ready paper.

Scope
• Theme: How artificial intelligence is redefining customer service expectations in hotels, resorts, and travel firms.
• Angle: Future-oriented challenges and practical responses for industry players.
• Method: Case-study approach—please locate, analyze, and synthesize 2–3 solid real-world cases that clearly illustrate AI-enabled service touchpoints (chatbots, predictive service recovery, robotic concierges, etc.).

Deliverables
1. Brief research plan confirming objectives, key questions, and case-selection criteria.
2. Concise literature review (AI in hospitality, consumer behavior shifts, service quality theories).
3. Case-study write-ups with data sources cited.
4. Discussion section that connects findings to emerging customer expectations and provides actionable recommendations.
5. Complete reference list (APA 7).
6. Final document formatted exactly to my faculty’s PDF guide, which I’ll share right after kickoff.
