My public-facing site is written in clean, hand-coded HTML, CSS. I now need a live, AI-driven support chatbot embedded on one page so visitors can get instant answers without leaving the site.
I have OpenAI as it is easy for me to maintain.

Acceptance criteria
The chatbot loads in under two seconds, answers at least 90 % of the sample questions I provide, allows smooth hand-off to human support via email form, and can be updated by me through a simple JSON/CSV upload.
