Commission-Based Sales Representative Needed

We are NorthScale, an AI automation agency.
We sell AI chatbots, AI receptionists, and business automation systems to companies.

We are looking for a sales representative / closer who gets paid commission per sale (no fixed salary).

What you’ll do:
• Find and close clients (cold calling, cold DM, email, or your own method)
• Sell AI automation systems to businesses (SMEs, local businesses, service companies)
• Handle sales conversations and close deals

Commission:
• Commission per sale (percentage can be discussed)

Requirements:
• Good English communication
• Sales experience preferred (B2B is a plus)
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Experience with cold outreach is a bonus

This is commission-based only.
