College Admission Chatbot Development

Project Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Laravel developer / Chatbot specialist to build a rule-based college admission chatbot with click-based FAQ flow, mandatory lead capture, PDF/file downloads, optional AI fallback, and human takeover support.

The chatbot will be embed-ready for a React website and must strictly follow predefined Q&A logic (no random AI replies).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a Laravel-based chatbot backend

Implement mandatory pre-chat lead capture form

Build click-based static Q&A menu (FAQ-style buttons)

Integrate PDF / document download links

Implement submenu navigation with Back buttons

Configure AI fallback only when “Ask a Question” is selected

Enable human counselor takeover option

Store lead data and chat transcripts in database / CRM

Provide complete code and documentation (How to Do / Setup Guide)

Chatbot Functional Requirements:
