AI Chatbot for Hospitality Automation

I'm developing a service for small hotels and vacation rentals and need help creating a simple, reusable AI chatbot system. This is a demo/test version, not for real customers yet.

Key Components:
- AI for guest communication (answer queries, provide recommendations, assist with bookings)
- Make.com for automation
- Google Sheets for managing hotel-specific info (breakfast times, upselling offers, check-in/out times etc.)
- Optional: Integration with WhatsApp or email

Requirements:
- Ability to explain and demonstrate the system
- Open to alternative tools/solutions
-I want to understand the system and be able to duplicate it later for more clients (with small edits per hotel).

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with AI chatbots
- Proficiency in Make.com and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with automation and integration tools
