AI Chatbot & Python Developer (NLP/LLM) for E-commerce & No-Code Workflow Integration

We are looking for an experienced Python / Machine Learning Engineer to design and build an
AI-powered conversational chatbot for our e-commerce store. The backend must be built in
Python (FastAPI), but it must be built with external integrations in mind allowing no-code
automation platforms (like Make.com, n8n, or Zapier) to trigger it and consume its outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conversational AI & NLP: Build a natural, accurate conversational chatbot in Python using modern LLM frameworks (OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar).
- E-Commerce Utility: Integrate store product data (via CSV/API) to answer customer
queries about product specs, pricing, and live availability.
- Support Automation: Handle order tracking/status lookups and standard e-commerce
FAQs (shipping, returns, policies).
- API & No-Code Gateway: Deploy a clean FastAPI endpoint that acts as a bridge. It must easily accept incoming requests from webhooks/no-code platforms and send
structured JSON payloads back.
- Conversation Design & Hand-offs: Implement fallback logic, greetings, and structured
handoff payloads (e.g., sending a notification payload when a human agent needs to step
in).

What We Need Delivered
1. Fully functioning Python chatbot code accessible via a FastAPI endpoint.
2. Webhooks & No-Code Integration: Clear documentation on how to hook the FastAPI
endpoint into visual workflow builders like Make.com, n8n, or Zapier.
3. Clear documentation on how product data is ingested/updated.
4. Clean, simple setup and integration instructions.
