AI Chatbot Developer – n8n Automation

I want an AI-powered chatbot built directly inside n8n that can answer user questions, trigger automated workflows, and push or pull data from our CRM systems. The bot will rely on a GPT-style model for natural-language understanding, while n8n will orchestrate all logic, API calls, and error handling.

Here’s the flow I picture:
• A user message arrives (via web widget, email, or other inbound source).
• n8n sends that text to the LLM, retrieves the response, and decides—based on intents we define—whether to reply immediately, update a record, or kick off a multi-step workflow.
• Any CRM read/write operations happen through secure API nodes, with logging so we can audit what the bot changes.

I need the workflow neatly organised in n8n collections, named nodes, and descriptive comments so my in-house team can extend it later. Please include a short markdown document that explains environment variables, required API keys, and how to scale the solution (e.g., adding new intents or channels).
