CRM, AI Chatbot, Automation & Panel Setup

I already host a working WhatsApp API platform with full source code, but the project has grown messy and is missing several key functions. I need an experienced developer to clean up the current installation, restructure the codebase for long-term maintainability, and then layer in new capabilities.

CRM & Automation
– Build a lightweight CRM inside the same stack, focusing on solid Contact Management and Customer Support Management flows.
– Add automation options for drip campaigns so I can trigger sequences from tags, dates, or webhook events.

Multichannel AI Chatbot
– Extend the existing WhatsApp logic to an AI-driven chatbot that answers on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook from one central brain. NLP, intents, fallback responses, and simple training UI are all expected.

Control Panels
– Create an admin panel featuring User Management, an Analytics Dashboard, and full Settings Customization so I can tweak limits, keys, and message templates without touching code.
– Include a reseller panel that lets me spin up sub-accounts, set message quotas, and brand each workspace.
– Integrate a basic billing section to handle plan assignment, usage tracking, and webhook callbacks to my payment gateway.

Hosting & Deployment
Everything must run on my current server. You will document each step so I can reproduce the deployment on staging or a new VPS.

4. Admin panel with user, analytics, and settings features
5. Reseller panel and billing module

Once live, I’ll verify smooth multichannel replies, contact syncing, and accurate usage reports before releasing final approval.
