Build My Restaurant SaaS: AI Waitlist System + SMS + Web Dashboard

Job ID: 39643612

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

Job Description:

I’m looking for a skilled full-stack developer (or a small team) to build a complete restaurant SaaS platform that helps restaurants manage reservations, waitlists, and customer communication using AI and SMS automation.

This project is end-to-end, but I want it kept simple, scalable, and user-friendly — ideal for restaurant staff with little tech training.

Key Features Needed:

Customer Side:
• Simple reservation & waitlist system
• Customers receive SMS updates (via Twilio or similar)
• Optional AI chatbot to answer common questions

Restaurant Side:
• Web dashboard (can be built on WordPress or a custom frontend)
• View and manage customer queue
• Send manual or automated SMS updates
• Manage subscriptions (paid plans)

Admin/Business Side:
• Stripe (or other) integration for monthly subscriptions
• Tiered pricing (Basic, Pro, Premium)
• Simple analytics and logs

Preferred Tech Stack (open to your suggestions):
• Frontend: React / Next.js or WordPress
• Backend: Node.js / Express or PHP if using WordPress
• Database: PostgreSQL or Firebase
• SMS Integration: Twilio (or similar)
• Payments: Stripe or Paddle
• AI / Bot (optional): OpenAI or Dialogflow

What I Need From You:
• End-to-end build: from design → development → deployment
• Clean, well-documented code
• Help with launch & setup
• Easy-to-use UI (I can provide examples)
• Optional: guidance for scaling if the platform takes off

Budget:

Open to fair pricing — but ideally $1,000–$3,000 to start depending on features and experience.
If things go well, this will become ongoing work (maintenance, features, scaling).

Timeline:

I’d like the MVP (minimum viable product) ready in 6–8 weeks.

Bonus if you have:
• Experience with SaaS products
• Prior projects using Twilio or similar SMS tools
• Design/UI experience for clean, minimal dashboards
• Startup / bootstrap mindset

To Apply:

Send me:
1. A quick intro (tell me about your experience with SaaS or Twilio)
2. Links to relevant projects or live apps
3. Your estimated cost & timeframe
4. Any questions or suggestions to improve the project

Thanks!
