CHEDULE A: SERVICES & MVP
DEVELOPMENT SCOPE
Abolishing the traditional phased "milestone system," the scope (MVP) for the initial
development phase of this project shall be the implementation of specifications and features
defined in the following set of Jira tasks (JRUD).
1. Foundations & Data Integration
● JRUD-1: Bilingual Website, Japanese SEO, English SEO
○ Implementation of a bilingual structure for Japanese and English, and the
foundational structure for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) targeting
both the Japanese and English-speaking markets.
● JRUD-2: Scraping Data Integration & DB Architecture
○ Integration of scraped data and the design and construction of the
core database architecture for the product.
● JRUD-27: Programmatic Web Scraper for Initial Robot Data Seeding
○ Development of an automated web scraper for seeding (inserting) initial
robot data into the database.
2. Advanced Search & Filters
● JRUD-21: Implement "Industry Vertical" Data Tags and Search Filters
○ Design of data tags corresponding to "Industry Verticals" (specific
industry sectors) and implementation of search filter functionality using
them.
● JRUD-28: Demo of implementing a search function that searches by problem.
○ Demo implementation of a function that allows users to search for robots
or solutions based on the "challenges (problems)" they face.

○ Description and implementation of search functionality based on

○ A demo for searching industry implementation examples (case studies).
Functionality to display collected and summarized implementation
examples (e.g., via web scraping) on the screen.
● JRUD-30: Chatbot where you can enter what industry you are in and
what problems you are facing.
○ An interactive chatbot function where users can input their "industry" and
the "challenges they are facing."
● JRUD-31: Instant matching of industry-specific case studies and
new recommendations based on user requests.
○ Functionality to instantly match and propose industry-specific case
studies and new recommended robots based on user requests (input
information).
● JRUD-32: When you include on-site needs and industry trends, robots
and case studies emerge.
○ A mechanism where optimal robots and related case studies are
extracted and presented by including on-site needs and industry trends in
the input.
