1. Project Goal
Develop a Windows Desktop AI assistant for Civil Engineers performing Second EPC (B' EPC) quality control and Exoikonomo project verification. The software supports the engineer and does not replace professional judgement.
2. Platform
Windows Desktop application, local installation, local project storage, offline mode whenever possible, optional Cloud AI, Internet connection, integrated 'Check for Updates' button and modular architecture.
3. Project Folder Workflow
Users simply copy project files into a project folder. The software automatically detects, classifies and links documents without manual import.
4. Supported Files
PDF, scanned PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, DOCX, XLSX, EPC XML, invoices, delivery notes, CE certificates, declarations, technical reports, photographs. DWG/DXF support is not required.
5. OCR
Automatic OCR for scanned PDFs, images, invoices, labels and technical documents.
6. Floor Plan Analysis
Analyze PDF and image floor plans. Recognize walls, rooms, doors, windows, window dimensions, room dimensions, floor areas and orientation.
7. Image Recognition
Recognize insulation, windows, boilers, heat pumps, HVAC systems, solar water heaters, photovoltaic systems and other building components.
8. Document Comparison
Compare First EPC, Second EPC, XML, Annex IV, invoices, technical reports, certificates and photographs to identify inconsistencies and missing information.
9. AI Chat Assistant
Natural language AI assistant in Greek capable of answering engineering questions and explaining conclusions.
10. Knowledge Libraries
Theoretical Knowledge Library (TOTEE, KENAK, legislation, official guides), Examples Library and Personal Knowledge Library.
11. Internet Research
Search official manufacturer websites, datasheets, manuals, CE/DoP documents and compare technical specifications with project documentation.

One-click 'Analyze Project' performing completeness, consistency, engineering validation and rejection-risk analysis.
13. Devil's Advocate Mode
AI behaves like an official reviewer searching for possible mistakes, inconsistencies and rejection reasons.

Every conclusion includes a confidence score. Overall project risk analysis is generated.
