I want to turn few day-to-day office routines into a single, AI-powered workflow so my team can focus on higher-value work instead of chasing paperwork and status updates. The first wave of automation should cover:
• Proposal preparations – specifically the data entry and final document formatting steps. An AI assistant should pull client details and SOW from voice input, merge them into pre-approved templates, and output a polished PDF ready to send.
• Invoice preparations – the system must generate invoices, email them to clients, and automatically log payment status. I need reliable integration and a dashboard that flags unpaid invoices. (suggestions appreciated)
