Requirement

Project: AI Author Lead Qualification System

We run a self-publishing company Kavya Publications and generate leads through Facebook Lead Ads. Currently leads go to BeTyphon CRM and human callers contact them.

We want to build an AI-based lead qualification system before human calling.

When a Facebook lead arrives, an automatic WhatsApp message should be sent.

2️⃣ AI WhatsApp Chatbot

The chatbot should ask:

Book language
Book genre
Word count
Expected publishing time

Based on answers, the system should classify leads as:

Hot
Warm
Cold
3️⃣ AI Voice Calling

After WhatsApp message, an AI call should go to the lead.
