I need a specialist to help me build GoHighLevel Conversation AI Agent

I run a lead generation ad agency helping home improvement companies get more leads, and we rely on GoHighLevel for our funnels and pipelines. We want to automate our lead prequalification process, and we need help from a experienced GoHighLevel specialist who can help us build Conversation AI Agent, that will greet new prospects in a friendly tone, collect the key project details we need, and then trigger follow-up automations—all without me lifting a finger. Also, we need help building seamless automations around this.
Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• The agent answers every initial inquiry, whether it arrives by web chat, SMS, or social DM.
• While chatting, it gathers essentials such as floor type, condition of the floor, number of rooms that need to be redone, summarizing and saving each answer to the right custom fields.
• If a lead stalls, the agent sends friendly, timed follow-up reminders that keep the conversation alive until my team is ready to step in.
• Once qualified, the contact is tagged and moved into our “Quote Requested” stage, kicking off another automation.
I’ll provide account access, current FAQs, and my desired messaging style. You’ll create the AI prompts, configure any necessary decision trees, and wire everything to my existing workflows using native GoHighLevel tools (or Zapier if absolutely needed).
Deliverables
• A fully trained Conversation AI Agent inside my GoHighLevel account
• Automation flows covering initial inquiry response, data capture, tagging, and follow-up reminders
• A short Loom walkthrough plus a one-pager so I can tweak prompts or timing later on
Acceptance criteria: during a live demo, three test leads must travel end-to-end—from first message through tagging—without human intervention.
