I need an end-to-end AI agent that can step in today and take over three core areas of my daily workflow:
• Email replies – The agent must automatically draft accurate, on-brand responses for customer support, sales inquiries, internal teamwork threads and the occasional government-related message. I want it to recognise intent, pull key data from previous threads or our CRM, and suggest concise replies I can approve in one click.
• Social media management – Scheduling, posting, basic community engagement and trend monitoring across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu. I’d like the agent to learn our voice, recommend optimal posting times and flag anything that needs a human touch.
• Marketing content generation & data collection – Short-form copy, captions, ad variations and simple reports on campaign performance or audience sentiment. If the system can automatically scrape or pull data for these insights, even better.
The deliverable I’m expecting is a working, documented workflow (code or no-code is fine) that I can test live: connection to my inbox, scheduling tool and any required APIs, plus a brief hand-over session so I know how to tweak prompts and rules in future.
