AI WhatsApp Support Chatbot Setup

I need an AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot configured end-to-end for customer support. The bot should greet users with clear, predefined answers for our most common questions yet still be smart enough to generate personalized replies when it detects something outside the standard script. Think of it as a hybrid: quick canned responses for routine issues, conversational AI for everything else.

My ideal flow is:
• User messages our official WhatsApp number.
• The bot authenticates the session through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API (or your preferred compliant method).
• It matches the query against a knowledge base for instant answers; if confidence is low, it switches to an NLP engine (Dialogflow, Rasa, GPT-based, etc.) to craft a tailored response.
• All chats are logged, tagged, and handed off to a live agent when the bot reaches its limits.

You’ll be responsible for: set-up of the WhatsApp Business account or Meta Cloud API webhook, building and training the AI/NLP layer, connecting it to our FAQ data, and deploying the solution on our server with basic analytics in place so we can track usage and accuracy.
