WhatsApp AI Support Assistant

I run a busy WhatsApp Business account and need an AI assistant that can live inside my existing number and chat exclusively by text. The bot’s job is three-fold:
• keep every client’s subscription status up-to-date (new sign-ups, renewals, expirations, plan changes)
• troubleshoot sign-in or access problems on the spot
• deliver solid after-sales care, limited to technical help and practical, step-by-step product-usage guidance
The flow must feel natural, in clear conversational language, and remain available 24/7 so my human team only steps in for edge-cases.
I will give you the current FAQ, subscription database access (via API or CSV), and sample chat logs. You will design the conversation logic, connect it to WhatsApp Business API, test end-to-end, and hand me a short owner’s manual so I can tweak responses later.
Acceptance is simple: when I can add a brand-new user, see their plan activated automatically, replicate a failed login scenario that the bot resolves correctly, and walk a client through a how-to question without manual intervention, we’re done.
