I want to roll out a configurable, AI-driven WhatsApp solution that lets a small-to-medium business handle sales, marketing, and frontline support from a single number. The core focus is sales enablement—capturing and nurturing leads, booking appointments automatically, and pushing every interaction into our CRM—yet the same bot must still answer routine FAQs and process simple orders so human agents can focus on high-value conversations.
Here is what I need from you:
• A WhatsApp Business API–based bot powered by an LLM (ChatGPT or similar) that understands natural language in English and Spanish.
• No-code style dashboard where I can edit the knowledge base, tweak conversation flows, and switch on/off modules such as lead generation, appointment booking, and order processing.
• Native CRM integration (HubSpot at launch, with webhooks for others) so all leads, tags, and transcript data sync in real time.
• Calendar connector for automatic appointment scheduling, with reminders sent over WhatsApp.
• Secure order-capture flow (simple catalogue, cart, checkout link) that the AI can guide customers through.
• Human-handoff logic: escalation to a live agent inside WhatsApp or via email when the bot’s confidence drops.
