I’m ready to automate the way I source commercial property listings across South Africa. The goal is simple: an AI-driven engine that reaches out to local real-estate agents on WhatsApp, asks for any commercial properties they’re willing to refer, and funnels the responses into a clean, searchable lead database.

Core workflow
1. The system scrapes or imports agency contact data, opens a WhatsApp conversation (email can follow later), and introduces itself on my behalf.
2. It holds a short, natural chat to confirm the agent’s willingness, captures basic details about each property they refer, and requests supporting docs or photos.
3. Every reply is parsed; key fields—location, asking price, size, zoning, contact info—are stored automatically so I can review at a glance.

Key expectations
• Native or API-based WhatsApp delivery is mandatory.
• The conversation logic must feel human, not templated.
• A small dashboard or Google Sheet sync is enough for version 1; just make the data usable.
• Compliance with POPIA for South African data is non-negotiable.
