WhatsApp Real-Estate FAQ Bot

I want to turn the flood of daily WhatsApp messages I receive about my residential listings into a smooth, fully-automated experience. The goal is a chatbot that greets prospects, asks the right qualifying questions, and instantly answers the three areas I’m asked about most: detailed property specs, up-to-date pricing, and available viewing slots.

Because availability changes quickly, I need the bot to pull that status automatically from my listings database rather than relying on manual updates. When something is no longer on the market, the reply should reflect it in real time and, ideally, suggest the next closest match.

A clean conversational flow is key. Users should be able to:
• request photos, floor plans, or a brief description of a specific unit
• check price, fees, or payment terms without leaving the chat
• pick a convenient viewing time that instantly writes back to my calendar

Behind the scenes, you can use the official WhatsApp Business API, Twilio, 360dialog, or another compliant gateway—whatever you’re most comfortable with—as long as it handles rich replies and can connect securely to my database (MySQL at the moment, though a lightweight cloud sheet is acceptable during prototyping).

Deliverables I expect:
1. A working WhatsApp number running the bot in production
2. Source code or no-code flow exported for future tweaks
3. Connection scripts/webhooks that keep property availability synced automatically
4. A short hand-off document or video showing me how to add new listings, adjust pricing, or edit FAQ text
