WhatsApp Lead Response Bot Needed

I manage multiple real-estate studio and most inquiries reach me on WhatsApp, often late at night or over the weekend. I need an always-on bot that can hold a natural-sounding conversation, answer the usual questions about the studio, and—crucially—send photos whenever the prospect asks for them. Text messages with photos are therefore mandatory; plain text or quick-reply only flows will not be enough.
The workflow I have in mind is simple: a lead arrives, the bot greets them in friendly, human language, gathers any missing details, and provides accurate information about availability, pricing, location, and amenities. If the user types something like “Can I see the place?” or “Photos?”, the bot should immediately deliver a curated set of images from a predefined gallery. I also want the flexibility to update those images without digging through code.
Reliability matters more than fancy extras. The conversation logic must run 24/7 so nighttime and weekend leads receive the same prompt attention as daytime prospects. A lightweight dashboard or Google-Sheet–style interface to adjust replies, swap photos, or pause the service would be ideal; if you prefer Twilio, WhatsApp Cloud API, or another compliant gateway, I’m open to the approach as long as setup remains straightforward.
