WhatsApp Customer-Support Chatbot Deployment
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need an AI-powered chatbot that can sit in several WhatsApp group chats at once and act as first-line customer support. The bot should listen for customer questions, answer them instantly with accurate, helpful responses, store previous group chat conversation so doesn't go out of context and keep the conversation natural so group dynamics are not disrupted.
Key goals
• Join and operate in multiple existing groups simultaneously.
• Recognize, understand, and reply to common support queries 24/7.
• Escalate or hand over to a human when confidence is low.
• Keep a short log of interactions so I can review recurring issues.
I already have the groups running; your job is to build, host, and connect the bot through the WhatsApp Business API (or a compliant provider such as Twilio or 360dialog), wire it to an NLP engine you are comfortable with—Dialogflow, Rasa, OpenAI, etc.—and make sure it is live as soon as possible.
Acceptance criteria
1. I can invite the bot to a new group and it starts working without extra setup.
2. All replies arrive in under five seconds.
3. A simple dashboard or flat-file report shows date, question, bot answer, and escalation flag.
Timeline: ASAP. I will prioritise freelancers who can demonstrate previous WhatsApp or chatbot builds in group chats only (no 1v1 conversation), so please in your proposal attach links or screenshots of past work that prove you have done this before.
