WhatsApp AI Chatbot Integration Support

I need a freelance developer who can design and deploy a WhatsApp-based AI chatbot built on Microsoft Bot Framework, then weave it seamlessly into my existing online presence. In the platform question I marked “Ai bot developer,” which means I am not locked into WordPress or Shopify; instead, I’m looking for a direct, developer-led integration approach that fits the current site stack.

Core functionality
• Handle general inquiries on WhatsApp 24/7 through natural-language dialogue.
• Expose clean REST/JSON APIs so the bot can exchange data with my site and any future mobile apps.
• Instrument user-tracking and analytics: conversation logs, user funnels, retention metrics and actionable dashboards (Google Analytics, Mixpanel or a comparable tool—your call as long as results are reliable).
• Provide a lightweight web widget so visitors can launch the same bot experience from the site.
• Deliver production-ready code, cloud deployment scripts and brief hand-off documentation.

Ongoing support
After launch I will need periodic improvements, monitoring and quick fixes, so please be comfortable offering follow-up maintenance on a freelance, remote basis.

Acceptance criteria
1. I can send a WhatsApp message from a real device and receive coherent, context-aware replies.
2. All conversations appear in the analytics dashboard within five minutes of occurring.
3. API documentation lets another developer reproduce a sample call end-to-end without your help.
4. Source resides in a private Git repo with clear commit history.
